I’m a qualified Personal Trainer working out of Evolve Fitness Matamata. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their specific goals and as a personal trainer I feel your programming should be personalised to you and what you're wanting to achieve and should incorporate how you enjoy exercising. Im passionate about how exercise impacts so many areas of our life from mobility, to helping with health issues, strengthening exercises that mimic daily movements, mental health, wellbeing and confidence the list goes on.
