At home training is a perfect option if you have limited equipment and live a busy lifestyle. This program will be 3-4 days depending on your availability. Each program will be designed using what equipment you have available.

IN GYM APP TRAINING

$25 per week - APP ONLY

Level up your training with this 6 week commitment build fitness, strength, confidence and knowledge. Train anytime anywhere using my online coaching platform to successfully achieve your goals. Personalised programming & Nutrition support with 24/7 in app messaging, its like having a personal trainer in your pocket !

HYBRID TRAINING - PT & APP TRAINING

$70 per week - X1 PT & APP TRAINING

A mix of In gym training and online app training. X1 45 minute PT session each week with x3 day app training programmed. Get the best of both worlds. Perfect for if your goal is to start training on your own with confidence.
